Brittany is a REALTOR® specializing in winery and vineyard property transactions. Her 15 years of experience as a viticulturist and winemaker adds an unrivaled perspective to her profession as a licensed real estate agent. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Brittany worked for some of the most iconic producers in California, including Screaming Eagle, Dalla Valle and Arietta in Napa Valley, and Wild Horse Winery on the Central Coast. She also worked at the prestigious winery estates of Craggy Range, Elephant Hill and Pyramid Valley Vineyards in New Zealand leading vineyard management, winemaking and redevelopment and design of vast areas of vineyards. She was also pivotal in implementing sustainable, organic and biodynamic practices in the vineyards and wineries for these estates. Brittany is passionate about sharing her knowledge with buyers and sellers of wine industry properties and she prides herself on generating maximum results for our clients.
Caine Thompson (Advisor)

Caine brings more than 20 years of wine business experience and brand development insights to VWX Partners as a strategic advisor. After completing his MBA, he founded the first precision viticulture company in his native New Zealand, where he was celebrated as “Young Viticulturist and Young Horticulturalist of the Year”. Caine's passion for wine and business led him to managing and scaling wine companies around the world. After steering the successful growth and eventual sale of Pyramid Valley Vineyards to a U.S. private equity firm, he moved to the U.S. with his wife, first serving as General Manager for Napa Valley’s Orin Swift’s Locations winery before its sale to Gallo. He next became President of Rabble Wine Company in Paso Robles before its sale to O’Neill Vintners & Distillers. Caine is now Managing Director for O’Neill’s Robert Hall Winery in Paso Robles. Caine was nominated as Innovator of the Year by Wine Enthusiast Magazine in 2020.
